Our bypass kit for heat pumps is designed for pools with 1½ inch or 2 inch pipework. It allows you to regulate water flow through the swimming pool heat pump to optimise heating efficiency. The kit also enables easy winterisation and maintenance of your heat pump without disrupting the water flow to your pool.
The bypass kit includes 3 ball valves, 2 x 90° T's, and 1 meter of pipework (available in 1½ inch or 2 inch sizes) to be assembled according to your pipe configuration.
The bypass kit does not include any additional pipe work between the heat pump location and the spa/hot tub
Please note that the outer diameter of 1½ inch pipe is 48.26 mm, and for 2 inch pipe, it is 60.33 mm.
